It offers a comfortable and welcoming base for anglers and their families to fish and explore the surrounding areas.
The Lodge has 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. The kitchen/breakfast room and the lounge both have multi-fuel stoves for those cold winter nights and the Lodge also boasts a drying room for the inevitable Scottish rainy days. Bed linen and towels are provided and The Lodge has a well equipped kitchen.
The closest village, Arrochar has a good selection of pubs, restaurants and hotels and a selection of shops for those forgotten items.
For the non-fishers, within a short driving distance from The Lodge, are the towns of Balloch and Dunbarton, Inverary, and Glasgow are 30 minutes away and Stirling and Edinburgh are no more than a 90minute drive. The area possesses a wealth of other locations and many attractions to visit for the fishing widows. There is also a wide range of non-fishing activities in close proximity including walking, golf, sailing, kayaking and horse riding.
